Boil water for the noodles, once boiled generously salt the water, add the noodles and cook for the required time as stated on their packet.
In a separate saucepan add your FIID Tangy Chickpea & Coconut Curry and bring to a simmer.
Once your noodles are cooked remove from the water and place directly in to the pan with your Tangy Chickpea & Coconut Curry. You can switch off the heat on both pans now.
Stir your noodles to fully coat with your Tangy Chickpea & Coconut Curry.
Divide between two dishes, sprinkle with the spring onion, toasted sesame seed and fresh coriander. Serve and enjoy ☺
